📦 Return Conditions

  • You can return your product within 48 hourse of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

🛠️ 1. If We Made a Mistake (Wrong or Damaged Item)

If you received a wrong size/design or a damaged product, please inform us within 5 days.
✅ We’ll send you a replacement or full refund.
🚚 We cover all courier charges in these cases.


🔁 2. If You Made a Mistake (Wrong Size/Color/Change of Mind)

If the issue was from your end (wrong size, color, or design selected), or you changed your mind:

  • You can still return or exchange the item.
  • But you’ll need to pay BDT 150 courier charge in advance.

💳 Refunds

  • Once we receive and check your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • You can get the refund to your original payment method or choose store credit.
